Shipping

ALL ORDERS SHIPPED VIA USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL

{US Domestic Orders}

All US domestic packages will be shipped via First Class Mail with tracking.

Estimated domestic delivery times are approx. 3~7 days.

Express shipping (BASICALLY A RUSH) is available $28.95 within the US only upon request.

You will be notified via email when your item ships or if there is a problem with your order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, and PayPal address does match. I cannot be held responsible for any lost, delayed or returned packages if there is a discrepancy. **Buyer needs to cover the shipping fee if the package gets returned and needs to be re-delivered.**

If you need your package to be delivered to another place that is different from your PayPal shipping address, you must contact me immediately after purchase.

ADDING INSURANCE

Adding “insurance” to your package is strongly recommended.

I’m sorry that I am not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen package(s). Please do not threaten me or ask for reimbursement if your package gets lost in transit or stolen by somebody. Please kindly understand that I’m not mail carriers and have no control over it once it’s shipped. Please contact for pricing if you’d want to add extra services (e.g. insurance, signature/delivery confirmation, upgraded shipping etc.) to your package. I will try our best to estimate the ‘shipping & handling’ fee, but it’s difficult to accurately predict it. If you have any concerns about the shipping, please contact me before making your payment.

{INTERNATIONAL Orders – Outside the US}

All international packages shipped via First Class Mail *without* tracking.

Estimated international delivery times are approx. 2~3.5 weeks.

International Shipping:

We do our best to specially pack and ship your items to avoid customs charges legally. If any customs fess, import duties, etc. come about you will have to pay your fee. Please check them first. It is not our responsibility as it is not under our control.

This is buyer’s full responsibility to carefully choose an item, read shop policies, and ask us any questions before committing to buy. International shipping is different depending on weight and destination, so if you are an international buyer, please get in touch and I will calculate the shipping and make it available for you to buy. 

Rush Orders:

If you have a rush order, please let me know before purchasing when you need the item. Include for example your wedding date.

Please take also note that there may be some slight variations in color of products due to your monitor settings, lighting and the quality of the photo.

 


Refunds and Exchanges 

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please message me at Marita@AristoKrown.com for a refund request.

Please pack your return items carefully. If possible, return them in their original packaging. Be extra careful if your item is embellished with rhinestones. You will not receive a refund if items are returned damaged due to poor packaging.

Items must be unused and returned in the same condition as it was sent. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise.

Items returned in the original condition will receive a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. You can return an item for up to 14 days for credit or exchange.

If it’s custom order I am not able to offer refunds for Bridal and special occasion jewelry and accessories , however I will work with you on exchanges or alterations.

I try my best to describe each item in detail. Give measurements and post pictures. Please be sure of sizes and measurements prior to ordering.

REPLACEMENT

I will gladly offer a *REPLACEMENT* of your original purchase if an item is faulty or damaged in transit. I would have first received the returned item in order to send you the replacement, and the returned item should be in its original condition & packaging when it was shipped out to you.

YOU MUST CONTACT ME IN 24 HOURS & SEND BACK WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE PACKAGE’S DELIVERY DATE WITHOUT EXCEPTION. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY LATE REQUEST.
